Mix 75ml Arnica Oil, 50ml Calendula Oil, 25ml St Johns Wort 50g Shea Butter, 50g Cocoa Butter with 100% Pure Essential Oils of 50 drops Lavender, 25 drops Helichrysum, 15 drops Sage, 15 drops Myrrh, 10 drops Rosemary, 10 drops German Chamomile

~ Melt butters, when cooled add oils, pour into a 250g lid tight jar, when set apply to affected areas as often as required

Arnica, Lemongrass & Peppermint After Sports Massage Oil Blend

Mix 100ml Arnica Oil, 75ml Calendula Oil, 25ml Comfrey, 25ml Castor, 25ml Alm ond with100% Pure Essential Oils of 35 drops Lemongrass, 30 drops Eucalyptus Lemon, 25 drops Lavender, 20 drops Peppermint, 15 drops Menthol
