How to Make White Clay Facial & Body Wrap Poulices ~

• Mix equal parts of warm water (distilled or floral water if available) & clay into a thick paste
• Apply directly to your skin or between two pieces of gauze or similar material ~ this may then be covered with a hot damp cloth or wrapped in cling film 
• Let the clay dry for about 20 minutes or longer ~ rinse off with cool water 
• For a more powerful poulice mix equal parts of clay with apple cider vinegar
• > Personal hygiene ~ if you don’t or cannot use soap ~ clay mixed with a little water & rubbed onto skin works a treat
