Usage Information for earthessence Pure Essential Oil Blends ~

Perfume ~ Add 5ml Pure Essential Oil Blend to 5ml carrier/base oil or dab straight from the bottle

Oil Burner ~ Add 10-15 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend to warm water

Skin Care ~ Add 20-40 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend per 100ml of cream ~ lotion ~ carrier/base oil ~ body butter ~ etc. for face & body application

Massage ~ Add 20-40 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend per 100ml carrier/base oil for general body application

Bath ~ Add 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend to a fully drawn bath

Shower ~ Add 5-10 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend in the base of the shower & inhale, or apply to face washer

Inhalation ~ For Colds, Flu, Sinus or Bronchial Conditions – Add 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend to a bowl of hot water ~ cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapour until water cools or until you stop smelling the oil. Repeat, if necessary, every four or five hours

Tissue / Aroma Cushion ~ Add 5-10 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend to use on pillow or tissue at night or carry around with you

Facial Compress ~ Add 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend into a bowl of hot water & agitate. Use a soft facial cloth & compress the skin with aromatic water

Facial Masque ~ Add 5-10 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend to moistened clay, dead sea mud, aloe vera gel & botanical extracts

Compress ~ Add 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend into a bowl of warm water, swish the surface of the water with a cloth, wring out, apply to area, repeat when cloth cools or as needed. Excellent for topical application to ease pain, from sore or strained muscles, menstrual cramps, etc.

Spritzer ~ Add 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend per 100ml water for the Face ~ 30-40 drops for all over your body ~ 80-100 drops for a room spray/air freshener ~ Always shake well

Bath Salts ~ Use a blend of 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend & 25g Himalayan Salt Crystals ~ (great for sore aching muscles) ~ or use as a ‘salt glow’ – rub on before bath ~ add 5-10 ml of your favourite carrier oil to the salt glow recipe ~ wonderfully moisturising

Household Use:

Laundry ~
Add 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend to the washing machine, or a 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend put on a cotton cloth and added to the dryer

General Cleaning ~
Add 10-20 drops Pure Essential Oil Blend to a bucket of warm water with a small amount of liquid soap or into a spray bottle
