How to Make Zeolite Facial & Body Wrap Poulices ~

• Mix equal parts of warm water (distilled or floral water if available) & Zeolite into a thick paste
• Apply directly to your skin or between two pieces of gauze or similar material ~ this may then be covered with a hot damp cloth or wrapped in cling film 
• Let  dry for about 20 minutes or longer ~ rinse off with cool water 
• For a more powerful poulice mix equal parts of Zeolite with apple cider vinegar
• > Personal hygiene ~ if you don’t or cannot use soap ~ miz with a little water & rubbed onto skin works a treat

Mix 50g Zeolite, 25g Pink Clay, 50g earthsgarden Cleansing Cream, 25ml Peach Kernel Oil, 25ml Cherry Kernel Oil, 25ml Aloe Vera Gel, 25ml Vitamin E Oil with 100% Pure Essential Oils Of 35 drops Clementine, 30 drops Roman Chamomile 3%, 25 drops Sandalwood, 20 drops Neroli 3%, 15 drops Cananga 

~ Pour into a 250g jar ~ apply to face & neck morning & evening or as often as required
